  1. Seriously pissed off that Reid is going to have to share what will probably be his one and only centric episode with Garcia. Hasn't she had enough damn focus this season. In fact the amount of focus Garcia's gotten this season is probably second only to JJ.

  2. Great... Another stupid side story, again involving Garcia and Morgan, and this time dragging down Reid. I am pretty sure I won't be enjoying this story line...

    1. I was just thinking the same thing myself. It's rather pathetic, that being the best they can come up with in way of a story line for him. They seem to have very little use for that big ole brain of his, now that they got Garcia and her magic computer.
And is it just me or does anyone else feel that under EM and her writers JJ has gotten so much smarter while Reid less so.

  3. I love JJ. Reid needs more airtime. And I love Garcia but she's kinda giving me that nail scratched across the blackboard affect. Enough already. I think JJ has always been smart they seem to just now recognize that.

  4. This kind of reminds me of Virgil Williams's "The Apprenticeship" in Season 8 with the baseball game! I hope this isn't just a reworking of that Morgan/Reid moment. They seem determined to put in the sappy moments instead of concentrating on the profiling and suspense. But then, the BAU only need Garcia and her magic computer and Super JJ to shoot or take down the unsubs so I guess everyone else is superfluous to the action and need a bit of juvenile fluff! As for me, I've had more than enough of JJ and Garcia for this season and wish they could be seconded to Seattle or somewhere!

  5. Well, if the show would follow the real FBI regulations, the only one that has to do the fitness test every three years is Reid. Everyone else should be presenting the exam every single year, just because of their age.
I have the feeling that they are pairing Garcia-Morgan (I see them now as one) with Reid so the fandom would see Reid is included in the happy family. And I just find that notion not only ridiculous but also insulting. I rather have an intelligent Reid for a couple of minutes and not a dumb one for half an hour.

  6. I've been watching this show only out of habit for quite some time now, and I'm ready to give up. Messer has completely altered the characters beyond recognition and the plots are ridiculous. As much as I love Reid, I wish he'd find other opportunities. He is not appreciated by the current writers. What's happened to Hotch? An actor of Joe's caliber is rarely used. It's basically the JJ/Morgan/Garcia show now. Such a disappointment. This used to be a great show. I pretty much ignore any episode past season 5 now when watching on ION or A&E.
